What about all that smoke?

By | September 6, 2018

From Bill Walker… In case you were wondering, the smoke obscuring our view of Glacier Park is from the Howe Ridge Fire — specifically, the southwest segment of the perimeter along the Inside North Fork Road. The fire line they built over past two or three weeks is holding and air attack jumped all over the fire, as well. Besides the fire line itself, the fuel load near the road is much lighter. Reportedly, everything has started to calm down and we should see less smoke soon.
