The common camas

The Flathead National Forest Facebook page says… Common camas comes mostly blue but occasionally you will see a white version. It grows mostly in wet meadows and pockets in the woods, but it can also grow in dry, rocky places as well. Just be able to tell the difference between common camas and death camas if you decide to eat the bulb!
