Here’s a road report from Jim Rogers… N F Rd good all the way from Trail Creek to town. Some ice and ruts from Ford south. Will likely melt today. Jody has done a remarkably good job this winter on the road.
The road froze overnight with a dusting of snow. Driving down today, conditions were back to normal snow on ice North of Coal Creek. Here’s a note from Bill Smith… Road was good last night. Not so much today. Water on ice around Moose Creek. Slid down to Schnaus and chained up to get back up to Moose Creek. We’ve heard the same from several other folks, so please be careful out there!

Here’s a note from Pat Cole… Ovila at the County Road Dept. advised that the county should start grading the North Fork Rd. next week. Yay!
This is from Bill Walker who got it from Margaret Heaphy… don’t you love the NF? This morning, Margaret Heaphy reported the road as very slick, with water running over ice. They had to chain up to get down Vance Hill and conditions are likely worse further north.
