On Saturday, North Forkers met for a potluck brunch at Home Ranch Bottoms. The place was packed with people who visited with each other and ate delicious food for several hours. Following this, twelve neighbors played snowshoe softball–two teams with six players each. Ray Brown pitched for both teams. The score was 11-10 and there was much laughing, falling, running, catching, and batting— all in clumsy, friendly competition. There will be some sore bodies today!
