Public Comment Deadline Approaches for Montana Grizzly Plan

The Flathead Beacon reports that the deadline is approaching for public comment on a plan to lift federal protections from grizzly bears in the Northern Rocky Mountains. The Missoulian reports that comments on the plan are due by Friday. Read the full story here.

The public can view the proposals on at Docket number FWS-R6-ES-2017-0057, and comments will be accepted until January 26, 2018.
