Off-highway vehicle, snowmobile fees going up

The Hungry Horse News reports that Montana State Parks made changes to the off-highway vehicle registration and snowmobile trail use laws that will go into effect on Oct. 1. Last spring, the Legislature passed House Bill No. 167 and HB 300. The new legislation updates snowmobile and OHV permits in order to increase funding for trail maintenance and grooming programs across Montana. Read the full story here.
