Norovirus cases rise in Flathead Valley

The Flathead Beacon  reports that the Flathead City-County Health Department recently has seen an increase in gastrointestinal illness caused by norovirus. Norovirus is a group of viruses that causes the majority of gastrointestinal outbreaks in the United States and is associated with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea symptoms.
