Middle Fork fishing improving, guide says

The Hungry Horse News reports that Darwon Stoneman, owner of Glacier Outdoor Center in West Glacier, has fished the Flathead River for more than 38 years. “The fishing in the Middle Fork is getting better,” he told local anglers at a recent meeting of Trout Unlimited. Stoneman said he’s noted an increase in the average size of westslope cutthroat trout from the 6-to-8 inchers “in the old days.”  Read the full story here.
