Glacier Park crews to begin paving between Avalanche and Logan Creeks

The Flathead Beacon reports that crews are ready to begin paving the stretch of Going-to-the-Sun Road between Avalanche Creek and Logan Creek on the west side of Glacier National Park, officials announced Thursday. Paving will begin next week and visitors should expect delays of 20 minutes during the construction, which is anticipated to take approximately one week, weather dependent, according to park spokesperson Denise Germann.
