Flathead County poised to raise property taxes

The Daily Inter Lake reports that Flathead County residents can expect a 1.8 percent increase in property taxes for the coming fiscal year. The increase translates to about $7.56 annually for the owner of a $200,000 home, according to the county’s proposed final budget. Read the full story here.
