Calendar for the Week of June 4

Well the summer is heating up and so is the calendar. Here’s what’s on for this week…

  • Wednesday, June 6th is Wernick’s Garden Event – At noon.  Travel to the bottom of East Red Meadow Rd, go thru log arch/gate on right. This 1st Market will feature mainly starts from the Wernicks; feel free to bring plants you would like to sell. Jerry & Linda Wernick, hosts This event repeats every other Wednesday thru Sept 26th.
  • Thursday, June 7th – Brown Bag Lunch – From noon to 1PM. At the West Glacier Community Building for a brown bag presentation on the history of fire in western Montana forests. From Native American pre-European influence to the present, fire was, is, and always will be a major disturbance and influence of the forest environment.
  • Sunday, June 10thChurch Services at Sondreson Hall starting at 10:30AM. Services will be every Sunday throughout the summer.
  • Sunday, June 10th – NFLA June Business Meeting – 7pm Presentation “Grizzlies in YOUR Backyard” by Tim Manley & “Wildlife in the North Fork” by Tim Thier, from MT Fish, Wildlife & Parks. General meeting 8pm. Bring a snack to share, and meet your neighbors! Larry Wilson, host.
