By | February 27, 2017

From the Flathead City-County website

The Flathead National Forest Facebook page says… It may not seem like it today, but spring is just around the corner so plan ahead – Spring Open Burning Season will be open: March 1-April 30. Spring is a great time to trim trees, clean up your yard, improve defensible space around your home, and prepare for fire season in Montana. Call Flathead County Air Quality Control at 751-8144 or check their website for today’s ventilation forecast and other important information. Remember, burning is prohibited within city limits of Kalispell, Columbia Falls, and Whitefish. http://flatheadhealth.org/environmental-…/burn-restrictions/
